Hey Jennifer - good question. He usually eats without a roll. Sometimes he indulges because he is not gluten intolerant but gluten does give him a tummy ache.
Hey Jennifer! Good question. My husband is very flexible and usually eats whatever I make, just without gluten. So in this case, he ate meat, cheese and veggies with no bread. It's our experience that GF bread is expensive and texture undesirable. He is not gluten intolerant so on occasion he indulges on a roll. It's just that gluten upsets his tummy.
Thank you, Julie :) :) :)
Wonderful post! What do you do for your husband when you make rolls? Do you have a GF substitute for him or does he just eat the meat dish?
